Fast-forward to the 1970s and we discover Scroggins as a Star Wars-mad teenager playing Hollywood' with his best friend, Eugene Steward. Steward is the son of Choya Shane who, alongside his brother Dick, was once a stunt performer on movies including Butch Cassidy And The Sundance Kid and How The West Was Won. While the all action Steward Is hungry to follow in his father's footsteps, young Scroggins is obsessed by what goes on behind the camera.

"I remember one day when Eugene and I went out to Dick's ranch in Vegas [where] he took care of some of the locals' horses during his retirement days,"

Scroggins recalls. "We wanted to film a horse scene, so Eugene dressed up in a cowboy outfit, and 1 set up my three-quarter-inch videotape camera. Dick gave Eugene direction on riding, and showed me how to properly set the shot."
